For items on a pallet we require a comercial address.
Shipping to a residential address is an EXTRA $100
Any address requiring a lift gate service is an EXTRA $100
Any other miscellaneous charges will be charged accordingly
*** You must have a way to unload the frieght off of a semi at the delivery address, If you do not have a forklift or dock a $100 charge for liftgate is required.***
Please note any damages prior to opening the shipment. Our shipment companies do not allow any manipulating of the packaging before signing the documents. Once documents are signed we have no authority to help!
ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or exchanges will be given if bill of lading is signed without note of damage!
Items purchased from us will either come with no warranty, 14 Day, 30 Day or a 45 Day warranty. Each item will have a specified warranty period, unless mentioned otherwise. If it has no warranty info, then it has NO WARRANTY. Engines are 100% guaranteed to start and are backed by our 45 Day Start-up Warranty against defective internals on the head and block only, unless it is mentioned otherwise in the description. Startup warranty means you have a limited amount of time to install and test the item while under warranty. Once the item is installed, if there is any sort of issue, it needs to be brought to our attention right away to not VOID the Warranty. Our parts are stamped, any signs of removal or break down of item VOIDS warranty. Please view all pictures and read our terms of sale before purchasing our products. These parts only fit the specified VIN Number year make and model provided. Do not buy this part if you have not contacted your local dealer to confirm it works in your car. External accessories are not covered under any type of warranty, if they are included, it is only out of convenience for the buyer. Rotary engines are also not covered under any type of warranty. Body parts & SRS components are also NOT COVERED under warranty. Shipping charges are NOT covered under warranty. Under no circumstance will we reimburse for lost labor costs. Transmissions are backed by our 45 day start-up warranty against defective internals of the transmission itself. Flywheels, clutches, torque converters, starters and sensors are NOT COVERED under warranty. Please keep in mind we warranty our products for what they are and not how it was maintained once it has been sold. We do our best to avoid selling and shipping defective parts, but if there is a problem with an order, please contact us at 708-617-9280 and we will take care of the problem at hand.
Please be aware that as the buyer, you are REQUIRED to review provided pictures and descriptions for any items that we have listed for sale!!
We strongly encourage that all installation be performed by a ASE certified technician at a licensed facility and that you keep your receipt as proof of installation. If not installed by a ASE certified technician, it will void warranty.
Engines and Transmissions - Terms & Conditions
The A Solutions Startup Warranty is limited to 45 Days for all second hand/used units. (Unless otherwise stipulated in Writing)
The Warranty offered excludes all and any peripheral parts , such as all external electrical , electronic sensors ,wiring , Alternators , Manifolds , Turbo Chargers etc , The Warranty covers only the internal Mechanical condition of a second hand unit.
A warranty claim is only considered by A Solutions if the unit in question is returned with the Original Invoice.
A Solutions is not liable for any unauthorized repairs or expenses incurred.
A Solutions is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
A Solutions is not liable for any labor, towing, freight costs or additional parts required.
Please note that the Startup warranty covers the parts supplied only!
If heat tab is tampered with in any form or way the warranty is null & void.
This warranty is non-transferrable.
The Warranty excludes any Damage caused by or as a result of :
Overheating in any form.
Leaking or incorrect injectors
Transportation and courier costs.
Normal wear & tear.
Lack of Oil Pressure.
Peripherals such as manifolds , sumps etc not being cleaned out adequately and particles filtering through engine
Incorrect Timing/Tuning.
Improper maintenance as set out by the Motor/Transmission Manufacturer
Untrained / Unqualified / Uncertified personnel.
Misuse or abuse / over revving / Neutral dropping
Modification in any form including Performance Enhancement Tuning.
Should the unit have been opened or tampered with any form.
Oil Pump Failure on second hand units
Oil leaks , Water Leaks
Blown head gasket due to poor cooling system conditions
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility together with their Mechanical Expert to ensure that all loose parts are cleaned and checked before assembly.
It is therefore essential that the following areas are inspected , tested , repaired and replaced by a reputable professional to avoid further failures and cancellation of this Warranty :
Injectors
Use of correct injector seal kits
Water pump operation
Thermostat operation
Radiator blockages & leakages
