Where do you get your cars from?+

Most of our vehicles come from insurance auctions and some from private sellers.

Are the parts JDM?+

All of our parts and cars are USDM models.

What is freight shipping?+

Freight shipping covers any items shipped on a pallet. The $225 shipping charge is to a commercial address only. Residential addresses and any liftgate service are extra. Some states may require additional fees.

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?+

If you're not sure, feel free to message us and we'll check for any extra costs.

How long does shipping take?+

Most small parts ship within 1–2 business days via UPS or USPS and arrive in 3–7 business days within the continental US. Freight (pallet) shipments take 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?+

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, message us first — in some cases we can arrange freight to a US freight forwarder of your choice.

Do you offer a warranty on used parts?+

Yes. All used parts come with a 30-day fitment guarantee. Electronic and mechanical components are tested before shipping. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if there's an issue.

What is your return policy?+

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in the same condition as shipped. Buyer covers return shipping unless the part was misrepresented or defective. Custom, electrical, and special-order items are non-refundable.

Can I pick up parts in person?+

Absolutely. We're at 2205 S Halsted St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411. Mon–Fri 8am–4pm. Call ahead so we can have your part ready.

Do you install parts at your shop?+

We're a dismantler, not a full-service install shop, but we can recommend trusted local shops for installation. For simple bolt-on items we can sometimes help — just ask.

How do I know a used part will fit my car?+

Message us the year, make, model, trim and VIN before ordering. We'll confirm compatibility. Most JDM/USDM platforms share parts across years — we'll let you know what works.

Do you buy cars or parts?+

Yes. We're always looking for Japanese sports cars — running, wrecked, or project. Send photos, mileage, title status and your asking price via text to (708) 475-1044.

Do you accept returns on electrical parts?+

Electrical parts (ECUs, sensors, modules, gauges) are sold as-tested with a 30-day functional guarantee but are not eligible for buyer's-remorse returns. If it doesn't work, we'll refund or replace.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and eBay payments. For in-person pickup we also accept cash.
